No. JW does not baptize babes. Baptism is a serious matter. A person to be baptized should 'know' what he is doing. It is n0teworthy that Jesus baptized when he was almost 30. To qualify for baptism: a person must study the bible first to acquire accurate knowlegde.(jn 17:3) then, he must have faith in what he is learning.(heb 11:6) then, he must repent for his sins and turn away from his bad course.(acts 3:19) next, he has to dedicate himself to God and promise to do God's will.(mark 8:34 psalm 40:8) after these, he is now qualified for baptism.
